\begin{aligned} & \Delta \rho=\frac{1}{2} \rho v^2 \\ \therefore \quad & v=\sqrt{\frac{2(\Delta \rho)}{\rho}}=\sqrt{\frac{2 \times 0.5 \times 10^5}{10^3}} \end{aligned}

        v = 10 m/s
