Let \mathrm{F,S} be the events respectivey that the communication system will have high fidelity & high selectively then

\mathrm{P(F)=0.81 \, \&\, (S \cap F)=0.18}

\mathrm{So, P(S / F)=\frac{P(S \cap F)}{P(F)}=\frac{0.18}{0.81}=0.222}.
