V_{0}\rightarrow peak voltage

I_{0}\rightarrow peak current

rms value  i_{rms}=\frac{i_0}{\sqrt2}

From given fig peak current i_0=20mA

\Rightarrow i_{rms}=\frac{20}{\sqrt2}

\Rightarrow i_{rms}=14.14mA
