The given equation are

\mathrm{3 x+4 y+6=0 }       ..........(i)

\mathrm{\sqrt{2} x+\sqrt{3} y+2 \sqrt{2}=0 }      .......(ii)

\mathrm{4 x+7 y+8=0 }      ............(iii)

Solving (i), (ii) & (iii), we get a point (-2,0)

Hence lines are concurrent.

Hence option 2 is correct.
