\begin{aligned} & T_3={ }^5 C_2 \cdot x^2\left(x^{\log _{10} x}\right)^3=10^6 \\ \end{aligned}

Put \begin{aligned} { }^5 C_2=10 \quad\left[\log _{10} 10=1\right] \end{aligned}

If x = 10,then 10^3 \cdot 10^{2.1}=10^5 is satisfied. 

Hence x =10.
