As we have learnt ,

On the basis of their molecular shape, Proteins can be classified into two types viz. Fibrous and Globular proteins.

Fibrous proteins contains polypeptide chains running parallel to each other forming fibre like structure. These proteins are insoluble in water eg. Keratin , Myosin , Fibrin , Collagen.

Globular proteins on the other hand have a spherical shape due to coiling of polypeptide chains. These are water soluble eg.Insulin and Albumin.

Hence, the correct answer is option (2)
