Let \mathrm{E} be the event that all coins shows tail and \mathrm{F} be the event that one of them shows tail.
Then, \mathrm{E=\{T T T\}}

and \mathrm{\quad F=\{H H T, H T H, T H H, H T T, T H T, T T H, T T T\}}

\mathrm{\therefore} Required probability

\mathrm{ =P\left(\frac{E}{F}\right)=\frac{P(E \cap F)}{P(F)}=\frac{P((T T T))}{P(F)}=\frac{1 / 8}{7 / 8}=\frac{1}{7} }

Hence option 1 is correct.
