Tension in wire, 

T = \frac{2m_{1}m_{2}g}{m_{1} + m_{2}}

       = \frac{2 * (2m)mg}{2m+ m} = \frac{4mg}{3}

Using

T = F_{0}A = F_{0} * \pi r^{2}

\therefore r = \sqrt{\frac{T}{\pi F_{0}}} = \sqrt{\frac{4mg}{3\pi F_{0}}}
