Option: 1

5 \times 10^{-7} \mathrm{~T}

Option: 2

\sqrt{5} \times 10^{-7} \mathrm{~T}

Option: 3

10^{-7} \mathrm{~T}

\therefore \quad \mathrm{B}_1=\frac{\mu_0}{4 \pi} \frac{2 \mathrm{M}}{\mathrm{d}^3}=\frac{10^{-7} \times 2 \times 1}{1^3}=2 \times 10^{-7}

\mathrm{B}_2=\frac{\mu_0}{4 \pi} \frac{\mathrm{M}}{\mathrm{d}^3}=10^{-7}

B_{net}=\sqrt{\mathrm{B}_1^2+\mathrm{B}_2^2}=\sqrt{5} \times 10^{-7} \mathrm{~T}
