Both are diatomic, Hence \mathrm{\gamma=\frac{c_p}{c_\gamma}}for both is same. both is same.

\mathrm{ V=\sqrt{\frac{\gamma R T}{M}} }

\mathrm{ \therefore \frac{V_H}{V_o2}=\sqrt\frac{M_{o2}}{M_H}=\sqrt\frac{3^{2}}{2}=4 }

\mathrm{ {V_H}=4V_{o2} }

Hence option 2 is correct.
