Axis -

 

The line passing through the focus and perpendicular to directrix.

- wherein

 

 The axis is perpendicular to directrix.

thus it will be of the form 4x-3y+k=0

Put(1,0)\Rightarrow K=-4

Thus equation of axis is 4x-3y-4=0
