Suppose \mathrm{fo} be actual frequency.

then,\mathrm{f=f_0\left(\frac{u+u_0}{u}\right)}

and \mathrm{0.8 f=f_0\left(\frac{u-v_0}{u}\right)}

solving these two equations, we get,

\mathrm{v_2=\frac{v}{9}}
