Any metal will reduce the oxide of other metal which lie above it in Ellingham diagram.
Accordingly, all the options may reduce the \mathrm{Cu_{2}O} to Cu. However, the difference in two ΔG values determines whether reduction of oxide of upper line is feasible. Hence, If the difference between upper and lower line is large, the reduction is easier.
Hence, Mg will reduce \mathrm{Cu_{2}O} readily at 400oC.
