=3 \times 1.6 \times 10^{-19} \mathrm{c}=4.8 \times 10^{-19} \mathrm{c} \ \ \ \ \ \ \ -(3)

Value of change Q multiple of 1.6. In all options no multiple of 1.6. They all are the correct options.
