\mathrm{n=2,~\ell=0}

Number of radial nodes

\mathrm{=n-\ell-1}

\mathrm{=2-0-1=1}

And value of  \mathrm{\psi^{2}} is always positive.

So the plot of \mathrm{\psi^2 ~vs ~r} is 

Hence the correct option is 2.
