Formula to calculate angle = (11m/2) - 30h

Where, m = minute & h = hour

So, Angle when the time is 8:30 = (11 x 30/2) - 30 x 8 

                                                      = 165 - 240 => -75 degree

Ignore the negative sign,

Angle = 75 degree
