Quote the lowest price.” The real estate agency replied, “the lowest price for a site measuring 60’ 40’ dimensions at Nagarbhavi is rs. 15,00,000.” The following fax from X to the estate agency, “I agree to buy the site for rs.15,00,000 lakh quoted by you.
