If A and B have entered into a contract where A will supply Red boxes to B. but, A did a fault and did not supply the red boxes, then B did not made the payment as, the boxes were not supplied to him. A filed a suit in court mentioning that, B defaulted in payment of contract . The Court in this case can mention that here :
