Krish,a goods seller agrees to deliver goods ordered by Niharika. She mentioned that goods should be delivered at her warehouse. But Krish delivers goods at her office as he knew the address of her office considering she might be at office.Is this a breach of contract?

In a contract for the sale of goods, if the place of performance is the buyer’s warehouse, the seller is obligated to deliver the goods to that specific location.But Krish didn’t delivered goods at mentioned place he breached the contract. Hence correct option is b.
