Mr. X is a oil dealer selling different types of edible oils. Mr. Y orders him to supply 100 litres of oil. Mr. X sends him 100 litres of Mustard oil whereas Y thought it to be coconut oil.

Consent is ‘consensus ad idem’ which means meeting of minds. Two or more persons are said to consent when they agree upon the same thing in same sense. In this case both X and Y agree upon the same thing i.e., oil but not in same sense. Hence correct option is c.
