Men                 Days
40                     28
=> 40 + x      (¾) * 28 = 21
Men & days are inversely proportional
40 : 40+x :: 21 : 28
(40+x)21 = 28 * 40
=> 40 + x = (28*40)/21
x=(160/3)-40 = 40/3 = 13.3 = 13
New men = 40+13 = 53
Ratio  53/40 = 27/20
