\begin{aligned} &\therefore \quad \angle A O D+\angle B O D=180^{\circ}\\ &\Rightarrow \quad \frac{1}{2} \angle A O D+\frac{1}{2} \angle B O D=90^{\circ}\\ &\Rightarrow \angle DOE+\angle DOC =90^{\circ} \end{aligned}

\rightarrow \angle C O E=90^{\circ}
