As  a> 0 , so range :\left [ \frac{-D}{4a},\infty\right )

a=2,b=-4,c=9\\

D=b^{2}-4ac=16-4\left ( 2 \right )\left ( 9 \right )\\  =16-72\\  =-56\\

Range     : \left [ \frac{-D}{4a},\infty \right )\\

             =\left[ \frac{-\left ( -56 \right )}{4\cdot 2},\infty \right )\\

             =\left [ \frac{56}{8},\infty \right )=\left [ 7,\infty \right )
