∠AOC and  ∠BOD are vertically opposite angle

∠AOC = ∠BOD = 60°

∠AOD and ∠BOC are vertically opposite angle

So, ∠AOD = ∠BOC

And as we know that 

∠AOC + ∠BOD + ∠AOD + ∠BOC = 360°

60° + 60° + ∠AOD + ∠BOC = 360°

∠AOD + ∠BOC = 360° - 120°

∠AOD + ∠BOC = 240°

As, ∠AOD = ∠BOC

2∠BOC = 240°

∠BOC = 120°
