Here we have perimeter of the triangle = 32 m, a = 10 cm and b = 14 m. Third side c = 32 m – (10 + 14) cm = 8 m

s = 16

s – a = (16 – 10) m = 6 m,

s – b = (16 – 14) m = 2 m,

s – c = (16 – 8) m = 8 m.

Area\hspace{0.2cm} of\hspace{0.2cm} a\hspace{0.2cm} triangle =\sqrt{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)}

=\sqrt{16\times 6\times 2\times 8}=\sqrt{1536}=16\sqrt{6} m2
