Equation of circle x^{2}+y^{2}-2x+2y-16=0

(a) (2,1)

2^2+1^2-2\cdot 2+2\cdot 1-16=-13<0

(b) (1,2)

1^2+2^2-2\cdot 1+2\cdot 2-16=-9<0

(c) (-2,-2)

\left(-2\right)^2+\left(-2\right)^2-2\cdot \left(-2\right)+2\cdot \left(-2\right)-16=-8<0

So all the point lies inside the circle
