so for photoelectric effect \frac{hc}{\lambda } \geqslant 1.24 \ \ ev

after solving this we get value of {\lambda }

now Apply Wien’s displacement law:

whcich says {\lambda } T=constant=0.289*10^{-2} \ \ m.K

solve this to get T
