The voltage across the capacitor is

\mathrm{V=\frac{Q}{c}=\frac{1 \times 10^{-5}}{1 \times 10^{-6}}=10 \mathrm{~V} }

Thus, the current flowing through the resistor after the switch is closed will be

\mathrm{I=\frac{V}{R}=\frac{10}{10}=1 \mathrm{~A} }
