We know that, De Broglie's wavelength is given as 

\lambda = \frac{h}{p} = \frac{h}{mv}

substituting the value of h,m and v in the above expression gives

\lambda = \frac{6.6 \times 10^{-34}}{0.5 \times 100} = 1.32 \times 10^{-35} m
