So, \mathrm{l_H=l_{L i}=3\left(\frac{h}{2 \pi}\right)}
while \mathrm{E \alpha z^2 ~and ~z_H=1, z_i=3}
so \mathrm{\left|E_{L i}\right|=g\left|E_H\right| or \left|E_H\right|<\left|E_{L i}\right|}
