The conduction current density is given by -

J(r) = \frac{I}{\Pi 2^{2}} = \frac{I_{o} sin \omega t}{\Pi R^{2}}        For 0\leq r\geq R

=0    For    r\geq R

For   r\geq R density becomes zero.
