Wavelength of Baimer series is given by

\mathrm{\frac{1}{\lambda} =R\left(\frac{1}{n_1^2}-\frac{1}{n_2^2}\right) }

\mathrm{\frac{v}{c} =R\left(\frac{1}{n_1^2}-\frac{1}{n_2^2}\right) \quad \quad[\because c=v \lambda] }

\mathrm{v =c R\left(\frac{1}{n_1^2}-\frac{1}{n_2^2}\right) }

For second line of Balmer series,

\mathrm{n_1 =2 ; n_2=4 }

\mathrm{v =3 \times 10^8 \times 10967800\left(\frac{1}{2^2}-\frac{1}{4^2}\right) }

    \mathrm{ =6.16 \times 10^{14} \mathrm{~Hz} }

Hence option 1 is correct.
