We know that E=h \nu 

where  h is Planck’s constant = 6.64\times10^{-34}J-sec  

and \nu is the frequency in Hz.

Substituting the given values,

E=6.6 \times 10^{-34} \mathrm{~J}-\mathrm{sec} \times 5.5 \times 10^{14} \mathrm{~Hz}=3.63 \times 10^{-19} \mathrm{~J},
