Total range is doubled, i.e., \mathrm{ 4 I_{g}}
Now shunt required, \mathrm{ S=\frac{I_{\mathrm{g}}}{4 I_{\mathrm{g}}-I_{\mathrm{g}}} \times G=10 \Omega}
 

\mathrm{ \frac{1}{30}+\frac{1}{x}=\frac{1}{10} \Rightarrow x=15 \Omega }
