For second order reaction

\mathrm{K=\frac{1}{\epsilon} \times \frac{x}{(A)_0\left[A_0-x\right]}}

If  \mathrm{x=50 \% \quad\left(A_0-x\right)=50 \%, \quad A_0=100 \% .}

\mathrm{K=\frac{1}{100} \times \frac{50}{100 \times 50}=\frac{1}{10^4}}

For completed the reaction 

\mathrm{x=100 \quad(\operatorname{As}-x)=0}

\begin{aligned} & \mathrm{k=\frac{1}{t} \times \frac{100}{100 \times 0}} \\ \\& \mathrm{=t=\frac{1}{k \times 0}=\infty} \end{aligned}

that means the second orderreaction can never be completd.
