P_{app}= V_{rms}\: \: \: i{}'_{rms}= \frac{v_{0}\: \: {i}_{rms}'}{2}

 Apperent Power or virtual power

 P_{app} = V_{rms}I_{rms} = \frac{V_oI_o}{2} = \frac{200\times 4}{2} = 400W
