\mathrm{ I_C=1 \times 10^{-3} \mathrm{~A} }

The base current

\mathrm{I_b =\frac{10^{-3}}{200} }

\mathrm{I_b =5 \times 10^{-6} \mathrm{~A} }

\mathrm{I_b =5 \mu \mathrm{A} }

Hence option 4 is correct.
