Statement II:
Primary aromatic amines reacts with \mathrm{HNO}_{2}  to form diazonium salts which are stable even above 300 \mathrm{~K}.

Primary aliohatic amines react with nitrous acid to form aliphatic diazonium saltswhich being unstable.

Primary aminesreact with nitrous acid at low temperature \mathrm{273-278K} to form diazonium salts

But above \mathrm{300K} diazonium salt is very unstable

So, statement I is correct but Statement II is incorrect

hence correct option is 2
