The femur is the longest and strongest bone in the body. The bones of the shank region are Tibia and Fibula. Tibia is longer, thicker and lies more medially and front. The fibula is shorter, thinner and located more laterally and deeply. The foot consists of 7 tarsals, 5 Metatarsals and 14 phalanges. Hence, the correct answer is option 3.
