Option  2 - Fovea is the central pit of the yellowish-pigmented spot, macula Lutea. It is the present posterior pole of the eye. Hence, option 2 is correct. 

Explanation for the incorrect options : 

Option 1 - Iris is the visible colored portion of the eye which is opaque and formed by the continuous forward structure of the Ciliary body. Hence, option 1 is incorrect.

Option 3 - Blindspot is a region where no photoreceptor cells are present. It is the region where the optic nerve leaves the eye and retinal blood vessels enter. Hence, option  3  is incorrect.

Option 4 -  Ciliary body is anterior and thick ? part of the choroid layer. Hence, option 4 is incorrect.
