For second order 

\mathrm{k t=\frac{x}{\left(A_0\right)\left(A_0-x\right)}}

If \mathrm{x=20 \% \quad(a-x)=80 \% .}

\mathrm{k=\frac{1}{180} \times \frac{20}{100 \times 80}}\; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; ...(1)

When \mathrm{x=40 \% \quad(a-x)=60 \%}

\mathrm{k=\frac{1}{t} \times \frac{40}{100 \times 60}}\: \: \: \: \: \: \: .....(2)

From (1) & (2)

\mathrm{\frac{1}{t} \times \frac{40}{100 \times 60}=\frac{1}{180} \times \frac{20}{100 \times 80}}

\mathrm{t=3 \times 2 \times 80=480 \mathrm{~min}}
