     =\int_0^{\pi / 4} M H \sin \theta \, d \theta \\

 =M H[-\cos \theta]_0^{\pi / 4} \\

 =M H\left[-\frac{1}{\sqrt{2}}+1\right] \\

 =M H \frac{(\sqrt{2}-1)}{\sqrt{2}}
