Conductivity is the inverse of resistivity is called conductivity. 

\kappa = \frac{1}{\rho } 

 R=\frac{\rho l}{A}

60\Omega = \rho \times 3m^{-1}

\frac{1}{\rho }= \frac{3}{60}\Omega ^{-1}m^{-1}

\kappa =0.05Sm^{-1}

Therefore,option(2) is correct
