$\frac{\mathrm{N}_0}{\mathrm{~N}}=2.7 \Rightarrow \mathrm{N}=\frac{\mathrm{N}_0}{2.7}=0.37 \mathrm{~N}_0 \approx \frac{1}{3} \mathrm{~N}_0$
