\mathrm{ \text { Energy in excited state} } \mathrm{=-13.6+12.1=-1.5 \mathrm{eV}}

\mathrm{\therefore \quad \frac{-13.6}{n^2}=-1.5 }

\mathrm{ \therefore \quad n=\sqrt{\frac{13.6}{1.5}}=3 }
\mathrm{ \text { Number of spectral lines }=\frac{n(n-1)}{2}=\frac{3(3-1)}{2}=3 }

Hence option 3 is correct.
