As we have discussed in Hormonal Control of Male Reproductive System -

A negative feedback system occurs in the male with rising levels of testosterone acting on the hypothalamus to inhibit the release of GnRH and thus FSH, and LH.

(GnRH is Gonadotropin releasing hormone that is secreted by Hypothalamus and it  reaches Pituitary gland to trigger release of GnH i.e. Gonadotropin Hormones. FSH and LH are gonadotropin hormones. These hormones are released from pituitary and thus reaches testes so that testes can in turn release Testosterone)

Hence, the correct option is (c).
