Energy of electron in the nth level of hydrogen atom ,

\mathrm{E_{n}=\frac{-13.6 \mathrm{eV}}{n^{2}}}

For first excited state, \mathrm{n_{1}=2}

For second excited state, \mathrm{n_{2}=3}

\mathrm{T_{1}=-\frac{13.6 \mathrm{eV}}{n_{1}^{2}}=\frac{-13.6 \mathrm{eV}}{4}} \\

\mathrm{T_{2}=\frac{-13.6 \mathrm{eV}}{n_{2}^{2}}=\frac{-13.6 \mathrm{eV}}{9}} \\

\mathrm{\frac{T_{1}}{T_{2}}=\frac{9}{4}}

hence correct option is 3
