Rapid spasms (wild contractions) in muscle due to low Ca++ in body fluid.

 

 

 

The correct answer is (3) tetanus, This disease is caused by bacteria Clostridium tetani. The bacteria release a poison tetanospasmin in the body resulting in the blockage of nerve signals from the spinal cord to the muscles thus causing muscle spasms and results in lockjaw.
