\mathrm{P}_4 \mathrm{O}_{10} is more acidic than \mathrm{P}_4 \mathrm{O}_{6} because with increase in oxidation state, acidity of the oxide increases. Likewise, \mathrm{N}_2 \mathrm{O}_{5} is more acidic than \mathrm{N}_2 \mathrm{O}_{3} .

Oxide of a more electronegative element is more acidic.

\therefore \mathrm{N}_2 \mathrm{O}_{3} is more acidic than  \mathrm{P}_4 \mathrm{O}_{6}.
