The relation B=\frac{\mu_0}{4\pi}.\frac{2I}{A} gives, magnetic field at the midpoint due to the first conductor,

B_1=\frac{\mu_0}{4\pi}.\frac{2I_1}{\frac{A}{2}}=\frac{\mu_0}{4\pi}.\frac{4I_1}{A}

and magnetic field at the midpoint due to the second conductor,

B_2=\frac{\mu_0}{4\pi}.\frac{2I_2}{\frac{A}{2}}=\frac{\mu_0}{4\pi}.\frac{4I_2}{A}

I_2> I_1and hence B_2> B_1

\therefore The resultant magnetic field,

B=B_2-B_1

      =\frac{\mu_0}{4\pi}.\frac{4}{A}(I_2-I_1)

      =\frac{\mu_0}{4\pi}.\frac{4}{A}(5-2.5)

      =\frac{4\pi\times10^{-7}}{4\pi}\times\frac{4}{5}\times2.5

      =2\times10^{-7}T
